How to Make Blueberry Cornbread
First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Prep the blueberries by tossing them in a spoonful of the flour. This will help prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom of the cornbread.
Next, add the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl and mix. Add in the milk, egg, and sugar and mix until combined. Finally, fold in the floured blueberries and pour batter into a greased or buttered baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cornbread comes out clean
